Free admission

Enjoy the unique experience of the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Museum after hours.

Royal Pavilion at night

The Royal Pavilion

Open until midnight, the Royal Pavilion will transport visitors back to the glamour of the Regency era. Members of the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra and the New Sussex Singers will perform in concert in the beautiful Music Room. With the state rooms lit in their full glory and the sounds of the harp playing, the late night atmosphere will be magical.

Visitors can also see excerpts of the performance that will represent Brighton & Hove at Liverpool’s Portrait of a Nation event in December. The showcase combines free-running, street-dance and film created by young people in collaboration with Urban Playground, Streetfunk, and Junk TV.

Brighton Museum & Art Gallery

Brighton Museum

In Brighton Museum there will be romance in the air as the galleries come to life with costumed poets reciting verses of love and local musical theatre company, The Wandering Minstrels, singing from the tale of Cinderella. Plus, for one night only, admission to the highly acclaimed exhibition Chinese Whispers will be completely free.

White Night is a new city-wide arts festival to mark the end of British Summer Time.
